Lastpass enterprise3/17/2024 ![]() ![]() I'm really hoping I'm missing something but my support experience has been atrocious thus far (I was expecting it to be based on what I've read about it). How am I expected to administer the tool for the company if something as simple as managing access to shared folders doesn't work on a fresh newly created account and I have to contact LastPass support to reset keys? Makes no sense. ![]() The thing is, it's ALL 50 users in my account. Not only that but you can't bulk remove access to shared folders to my knowledge so I have to go into them individually and one by one remove each user/group from each folder. I'm attempting to work through support with it and they aren't directly answering any of my questions just keep telling me to remove all impacted users from shared folders so they can reset sharing keys. I reported the issue to LastPass support only to receive a reply saying that the o. Something I tried to do but the system was not giving me any option to do so. I create the folder, add users to be able to access/admin it and it shows up in their sharing center properly but no shared folders show up in their normal vault, sometimes 1 or 2 show up. A month ago, I received notification that our Enterprise subscription was nearing renewal and that we needed to update our payment details. We just started using LastPass Enterprise and the shared folder feature is being a major pain in the ass. ![]()
